The float
Float rental
We offer rental of a float on the Danube near Bratislava on the Hrušovská reservoir.
The float is 6×3 metres or 18 square metres big, catamaran type.
The vessel has a lot of advantages. It is spacious, comfortable, easy to operate and stable even in strong winds. Turning the float the right way allows for waves to pass right underneath it, which eliminates swaying and banging.
The float does not require any license, the so-called Boat riding license.
Rental price includes:

More details
- Meals can be arranged by delivery from a restaurant or pizzeria. (daily menu, ready meals)
- Hygiene is possible in the motel within 15 minutes distance. (from the farthest point on the Hrušovská reservoir)
- We cannot influence the Danube River and the weather. When the flood activity increases in Bratislava, the level in the reservoir is usually stable, but the flow of the river intensifies which makes fishing more complicated. In case of extremely increased flow, we reschedule trips.
- The season at Hrušovská Reservoir begins on June 1st and ends on March 15th.
- We know from our own experience that it is not a problem to fish successfully until the end of November, depending on the weather even in December.
- From March 15th it is possible to fish on the old Danube riverbed, which is also very interesting.
- Float fishing is also interesting for catfish fishermen!
- The float will be picked up at a pre-agreed location, which we will specify by phone.
